Jesse “Jep” Evans is a husband, dad, singer-songwriter, guitar player, cook, woodworker, surfer, and beef jerky maker in North Carolina. He built Jesse’s High Mountain Beef Jerky around good food, family, the outdoors, and the belief that a better life is possible—one fresh batch and one honest connection at a time.
